We’ve been pretty busy down at the Crown lately. We’ve supplied and installed an impressive new feature wall at the Atrium Restaurant, and we’ve also been lucky enough to supply a significant amount of custom laminated printed glass canopies for the overhead glazing above the main entrance to the casino.
The printed glass awnings we’ve supplied feature a design called ‘Peloton’, developed in-house by our Design Team as part of our ImagInk Design Collection. Peloton is printed in bright white on surface two of a 17.52mm toughened laminated glass makeup. The linear nature of the printed design complements the supporting structure and shade panels perfectly, provides shading to patrons underneath and functions to obscure any debris that may accumulate on the top surface. On a sunny Perth day it also creates some really interesting shadow patterns on the walls and footpath, adding to the strong linear elements of the design and also surrounding areas of the casino.
Our printed glass Design Collection features 50 patterns designed specifically for use on glass awnings, canopies and rooflights. We have structured the range to offer architects and designers a myriad of shading and UV reduction values across patterns that range from conservative to dynamic and visually arresting.
All patterns are available in a wide range of colours including colour matching to Pantone and RAL colours, and designs can be scaled according to application. For more information click here, or contact us below.
