We understand that there may be times where we have provided a quality of service below the high standard we hold ourselves accountable for. For this reason we have made the decision to run our first customer survey to identify areas that we can focus our efforts to improve upon.
From this survey we aim to establish a benchmark level for our service and quality levels. We will then run the survey again periodically to identify how successful we have been in addressing your concerns. All data is collected anonymously, and with the view of remaining transparent we will feed back the results from the survey so you can see how we have ranked.
